The Fagradalsfjadl volcano woke up near Iceland’s capital Reykjavik on August 3, reports the Icelandic lifestyle<\/a> publication. The reason was the increase in seismic activity in the region. Last year, this volcano was active for six months.<\/p>\n

Iceland is known as a country with high volcanic activity, and the Reykjanes peninsula, where the current eruption began, is considered a hot spot.<\/p>\n
