Elina Dynnikova<\/p><\/div>\n

Blogger and businesswoman<\/a> Elina Dynnikova<\/strong> calls herself the witch of Ukrainian bloggers, and since the beginning of the war she has been fighting on the energy front, creating amulets. Elina was in occupied Donetsk back in 2014, so she told Woman Magazine what to watch out for in the occupation, how not to break down morally and not succumb to Russian propaganda.<\/p>\n

You had the experience of staying in occupied Donetsk. Can you remember what you felt at that moment? How was it in 2014?   <\/strong><\/h5>\n

I will never forget those feelings that possessed me then. I felt rage and aggression, because the language with a Moscow accent, which sounded in the Ukrainian Donetsk, was foreign to me. It was the state when you realize that there is no one to protect you, there is no law, only complete lawlessness. And then comes apathy and impotence. I remember that I just wanted to sleep a lot.<\/p>\n

How can Ukrainians in the occupied territories protect themselves and their relatives, especially if there is no possibility to leave for the territory controlled by Ukraine? <\/strong><\/h5>\n

My biggest message to those currently in the occupied territories is to be careful with what you say on social media. Be careful when speaking with taxi drivers, in transport, with neighbors. Unfortunately, in times of pain and stress, people begin to lash out at each other. In Donetsk, it was such that taxi drivers could simply bring Donetsk residents with a Ukrainian position to checkpoints or immediately to prison, where the citizens later disappeared and no one could help them.<\/p>\n

Having lived through the experience of occupation, can you give advice on how not to break down morally in such circumstances?  <\/strong><\/p>\n

I started doing something I hadn’t done in years. I created beautiful products using natural stones and listened to classical music. In order not to break, you need to do something. But don’t expect it to end soon. It seems unbearable when you turn on the news every morning and there is no information about liberation. You have to believe, wait, but keep a balance! Then it’s easier to deal with it.<\/p>\n

What should you never do if you find yourself in an occupied city or village?  <\/strong><\/p>\n

Under no circumstances should you share your thoughts or call for the overthrow of the regime. In order to save your life, it is better not to express yourself either on social networks or in public places. You should only talk to those you trust. It can be your friends and family. And even with them, you have to be careful, because the propaganda and zombification are very harsh.<\/p>\n

How not to succumb to Russian propaganda if there is no access to other sources of information?  <\/strong><\/p>\n

I haven’t had a TV since 2014. It is physically somewhere in the house, but I do not look at it. I understand that this is real Goebbelsian propaganda. Goebel said in fascist Germany: “Give me a radio and I will turn this people into a herd.” Now I understand how hard they tried to change us through television.<\/p>\n

How are you currently helping to bring the victory of Ukraine closer?<\/strong><\/p>\n

From the first day of Russia’s full-scale intervention in Ukraine, we rallied with bloggers of Ukraine to wage an informational war and provide accurate assistance to those who need it. We review every collection and every request to work together to find all possible resources to help.<\/p>\n

Elina, where do you get your strength now? What helps to maintain your emotional state, continue working and motivate followers?<\/strong><\/p>\n

My energy and strength is in helping others. As in 2014, so now we are actively fighting on our energy front. My mother and I are witches and we help soldiers, firefighters, and doctors save their lives by protecting ourselves with the help of runes. We help people save their homes by making energy protection. We do it for free, because this is our strength. I know how the egregor of Scandinavian runes works, I checked it myself, there have never been hits in our homes. And now my dream is to help everyone who comes to us!<\/p>\n\n\t\t
